Standard Returns Policy
Unsatisfactory items may be refunded or exchanged within 28 days of our despatch date.
If you have an issue with the way the garment fits then don't forget we offer a £15 bespoke Guernsey Jumper alteration service!
PLEASE NOTE: Sadly we are not able to accept returns on items made-to-order either via our bespoke service, or as a special request on non standard yarn/colour.
For standard items, please print off our returns form here and include it with your garment when you return it. You can also use the form to request alterations. Please include your original invoice in the returned parcel. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number may not be accepted.
Returns received after the 28 day time frame are accepted by prior agreement, and at the sole discretion of Guernsey Woollens.

The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser via their original payment method, for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.
It is advisable to send returned items by registered post (with insurance) and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.
Free UK Delivery
Our offer of free UK delivery applies to Royal Mail Standard Parcel Post. Delivery by this method should normally be expected within 3 - 5 working days however postage times can vary and as such we would ask that you wait a total of 8 working days before contacting us about non received items. It is also advisable to check with your local sorting office to ensure they are not holding your package, before you contact us.
Special Delivery and Delivery Over Seas
Customers requiring Special Delivery within the UK may select this option, after entering address details in customer information. The option will be available under the shipping method page.

Our authentic Guernsey sweaters are lovingly made on Guernsey in Great Britain's Channel Islands.
Payment
Payment can be made securely online via PayPal using all major debit and credit cards as well as direct debit. You may also place your order by telephone. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.
