UK, Jersey, Isle of Man Orders For Christmas

At this time of year we mostly knitting to order and batch knit colours, so it may take 5-6 working days despite you order confirmation stating a shorter time dispatch window.

Postage Update for UK orders

• all standard postage orders placed prior to 10/12/24 should be received in time for Christmas.

Due to the volume of orders we have received, we can now only guarantee Christmas orders for the UK if Special Delivery is selected within the shipping option at the checkout. All Special Delivery UK, Jersey, Isle of Man postage orders placed prior to 12/12/23 should be received in time for Christmas.

If you are placing an order and do not require it before Christmas, please let us know in the order notes box in the cart section, it will really help us to concentrate on helping Santa and the Postman bring people their Christmas dreams.

Europe & International Orders

All international and European orders placed before 28/11/23, should be received in time for Christmas.

Canada

No orders will be shipped to Canada, due to the Postal Strikes. You can still order for Canada, but we will only ship them once we are advised that we can by Guernsey Post.

Bespoke Garments

Please allow additional time for special orders.

Please note we will be closing for 2 weeks for the festive season. We will be closed from 20/12/24 and reopen on the 6/1/25. Whilst orders can be placed on-line throughout our festive break, any orders placed from Wednesday the 18th may not be shipped until early to mid January 2024.
